5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

● Cancellations or rescheduling should be done within a reasonable timeframe to avoid cancellation fees.
● In case of a no-show or late cancellation, Alpaviraam reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, as per our cancellation policy.
